By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer. Limitations of Liability a. Nifty Pro Movers LLC liability for any loss or damage to your items during the move is limited to the value of the items at the time of the move. b. Nifty Pro Movers LLC are not liable for any damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or any circumstances beyond our control. c. Nifty Pro Movers LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Tvs, Monitors, and Electronics liability By approving this estimate/invoice, I understand by not properly protecting my electronics such as tv(s) and monitors with a tv box and properly wrapping Nifty Pro Movers LLC, is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by improper packing. Disclaimer of Warranties a.Nifty Pro Movers LLC provides our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind. b. Nifty Pro Movers LLC does not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. c. Nifty Pro Movers LLC does not warrant that the information provided on our website is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Indemnity a. Nifty Pro Movers LLC agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services. b. You agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage we may incur due to your breach of these terms and conditions. Changes to Disclaimer a. By booking Nifty Pro Movers LLC services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to be bound by it. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before booking your move. Our Policies: Customers are not allowed to work with the movers. And not allowed to ride in our work vehicles. Children and pets are not to be the work areas of the movers. Hazardous materials and pots of plants with soil prohibited in our vehicles. Damage items must be reported within 24 hours our damage report link on www.niftypromovers.com. Payments: Minimum estimates must be paid at least 7 days prior to the appointment. And the difference is fully paid after completion of the job. To hold an appointment time slot a minimum must be paid and $100 non refundable deposit if you cancelled your appointment. Cancellation Policy & Refunds: While we understand that emergencies come up, we try our best to meet the needs of our clients by rescheduling their moving date free of charge at least 72 hours before appointment. No refunds are distributed, only credit to the account once payment is made. No charge for rescheduling within 72 hours. $50.00 within 48 hours of service $75.00 charge rescheduling same day. No show will result in a $100 charge. No refunds on $100 deposit for booking, funds will be applied to the final bill. *You have 60 days to dispute any charge(s) to apply a credit to your Nifty Pro Mover account.
